Precautions when using tumbler (https://www.starbucks.co.kr/)
1) The tumbler you purchased has a warming and cooling effect compared to mug products without a lid, but it is not a completely sealed thermos bottle, so it does not keep warm or cold for more than an hour.
2) Do not put too many drinks. Hot beverages may leak and cause burns.
3) Do not contain carbonated or fermented beverages/foods. There is a risk of injury due to an increase in internal pressure and the stopper may not close or it may bounce strongly.
4) If hot drinks are contained, keep them out of reach of children.
5) Be careful as the beverage you are drinking may be very hot. Products damaged during use cannot be exchanged or refunded. (In the case of exchange due to a defect in the product itself, if the same product is not available, we will exchange it for a similar product.
6) Always check that the lid is securely locked before drinking.
7) Be sure to hold the middle of the tumbler when opening and locking the lid. (In the case of a tumbler with a handle, do not open or lock the lid by holding the handle. Excessive force on the handle may cause damage.)
8) The stopper on the lid serves to prevent the beverage inside from spilling out if the tumbler falls over. Do not put a tumbler filled with beverages in your bag as this will not completely prevent spillage. (If you put a tumbler in your bag, water leakage may occur and the inside may get wet.)
9) When you put a hot beverage and lock the lid, open and lock the flip and then press the flip to prevent expansion due to internal heat and air.
10) Before use, open the cap and clean it with detergent.
11) Be sure to wash your hands. When drying, place the top side down.
12) Do not put in the microwave, freezer or dishwasher.
13) Do not use bleach or detergents containing chlorine.
14) Always check that the lid is tightly closed before drinking, as beverages may leak through the stopper on the lid.
15) The lid is designed to fit the tumbler you purchased and may not fit other tumblers.
16) If a strong impact (dropping during use) is applied, it may be damaged or crushed.
17) When exchanging or refunding, be sure to bring the free drink coupon and receipt.
18) The cold cup is “a product exclusively for iced drinks”. There is a risk of burns when using hot drinks, so use it exclusively for iced drinks.
